Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build long term relationships with clients to understand and define their promotional needs.
• Brainstorm and source creative promotional products / ideas that meet or exceed the clients’ specifications.
• Calculate pricing and prepare quotes / presentations.
• Follow-up on quotes, proofs, and orders as needed.
• Resolve any concerns with projects and orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience with empathy, anticipation, and a positive attitude.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and education.
• Perform other duties as assigned such as attending tradeshows or educational seminars.

Working Conditions:

• Work occurs in a moderately quiet office environment.

Travel:

• Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Hours / Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must learn how to use Salesforce and Sage Online.
• Must learn promotional product print processes and customization options.
• Basic business math and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with constantly changing demands.
• Outstanding organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing numerous projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills. Proper spelling and grammar are required.
• Must be ambitious, self-motivated, highly professional, and have a positive attitude.
• Associates’ or bachelor’s degree in a Professional Selling, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited College or University preferred.
• 3.0 or higher GPA. Consideration may be given to a slightly lower GPA with strong work experience.
